Product Introduction
This is a highly integrated and intelligent temperature-controlled triaxial testing system, specially designed for investigating the mechanical behavior of geotechnical materials under thermo-mechanical coupled conditions. By integrating a high-precision temperature control module with a triaxial static loading mechanism, the system can accurately simulate the variable temperature conditions and complex stress states that materials undergo in practical engineering. It is widely used in scientific research and engineering testing in civil engineering, water conservancy and hydropower, transportation and other fields.
The system features low cost, multi-functionality and high integration. It supports static loading under both stress-controlled and strain-controlled modes, and is fully compatible with conventional triaxial test methods, including B-value check, back-pressure saturation, UU (unconsolidated undrained), CU (consolidated undrained), CD (consolidated drained) tests, etc. It can also perform loading-unloading cycles of confining pressure and axial pressure, as well as user-defined static test procedures.
The system is equipped with an advanced full-surface deformation digital image measurement system. Adopting non-contact measurement technology, it can accurately capture the full-field strain of unsaturated soil specimens during testing, as well as the evolution of crack development.

Product Functions
Pressure Chamber: Made of 304 stainless steel with external insulation material and internal lighting device; observation window with a diameter of ≥125mm; automatic post-processing of remote cloud-based data.
Control Functions: Automatic control of loading ram movement, loading rate, confining pressure, and water filling/draining of the pressure chamber.
Standard Saturated Soil Triaxial Testing: Capable of performing UU, CU and CD standard triaxial tests.
Saturated Soil Stress Path Testing: Supports S-T and P-Q standard stress path tests as well as user-defined stress path tests.
Saturated Soil K₀ Consolidation Function.
Advanced Loading Functions: Enables load control and low-frequency cyclic loading.
Post-processing Software Functions: Data import, validity verification, error correction, outlier identification, deformation calculation, strain calculation, data export and curve plotting.
Test Result Output: Full strain data output during testing; supports time-history curves and full-field spatial analysis, consistent with sample morphology.
Power Supply/Power of Triaxial Mainframe: Single-phase AC220V, peak power from 2kW (depending on specifications).
Power Supply/Power of Cold Bath Unit: Three-phase AC380V, peak power 8kW.
